Payment and deposit
The rent is paid quarterly in advance each January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1.
A deposit of six months rent is paid in cash.
Rental regulation
According to the net price - however min. 1% p.a.
Property taxes and coverage tax
The rent includes the lease's share of property taxes, including coverage tax
and all taxes. Future increases are charged to tenants.
Heating costs
